Use of—including visiting and purchasing products from—the website www.ones.ro (also www.dasha.ro) implies your full and unconditional acceptance, each time you access our site, of the terms and conditions under which these services and products are provided. By completing an order, the Customer accepts the Terms and Conditions specified in this section. (ONE’S)

The terms and conditions of these services may be changed at any time by the Seller, without prior notice to the Customer. The Customer has permanent access to these terms and is obliged to read them each time they access our site. (ONE’S)

Definitions

• Customer – any natural or legal person who browses the pages of this online store and places an Order.

• Seller – SC ONE TRADING COMPANY SRL, headquartered in Iași County, Iași Municipality, Str. Dumbrava Roșie no. 37; Trade Register J22/1046/1998; RO11143600; share capital 39,700 lei.

• Order – an electronic document serving as the communication between the Customer and the Seller whereby the Seller agrees to deliver the Products, and the Customer agrees to receive and pay for them under the agreed terms prior to delivery.

• Products – any item—including documents and services—listed in the Order to be supplied by the Seller to the Customer.

• Contract / Terms and Conditions – the Order placed by the Customer and confirmed by the Seller. The Customer accepts these contractual terms at the moment of placing the Order. Withdrawal from the contract is governed by the applicable laws on distance contracts. (ONE’S)

Ownership Rights

The site www.ones.ro is entirely owned and operated by SC ONE TRADING COMPANY SRL. Any use—in any form and for any purpose—of the materials published on the site (including the site’s name, design, structure, product images, and text) without the express consent of SC ONE TRADING COMPANY SRL is prohibited and will be penalized under Romanian law. Prices and Payments

All prices displayed on www.ones.ro (including shipping fees) are final and include VAT. Before completing your order, you will see the exact total price to be paid, including delivery charges.
Occasionally, our store may run promotions and discounts; these will be clearly indicated in product descriptions, in the shopping cart, and on the invoice.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice, without affecting orders already confirmed. (ONE’S)

Shipping costs vary depending on the value of the order:

• Express courier delivery

  • 15 lei for orders under 250 lei (within the courier’s coverage area)

  • FREE for orders over 250 lei (within the courier’s coverage area)

• Easybox delivery

  • 10 RON for orders under 250 RON

  • FREE for orders over 250 RON (ONE’S)

Payment methods:

1. Cash on delivery – you pay for your order and any delivery fee upon receipt of the package from the courier.*

2. Bank card – secure, cost-free transactions via NETOPIA PAYMENTS.

3. Bank transfer – advance payment by deposit at our bank branch or by online bank transfer. Account details are provided when you select this option or can be found in our Contact section.

Order

It is very easy to purchase from our online store at www.ONES.ro:

1. Browse the products in stock.

2. When you find the desired item(s), select color/size and click “Add to cart.”

3. View your cart at any time via the link at the top right of the site, which displays the number of items and the total value. (ONE’S)

To complete your order, provide your personal details and delivery address in the order form. If you have shopped with us before and already have an account, simply enter your registered email address and password.
Creating an account is optional but recommended—fill in the form fields and follow the instructions. Please use a valid, frequently checked email address. (ONE’S)

Your invoice can be found in your customer account and downloaded there. If you choose not to log in, you will receive the invoice by email once your order has shipped.
After logging in or registering, verify your cart contents and delivery address. Then choose your delivery and payment methods and click “Finalize order.”

Done! Your order has been submitted, and you will receive an automatic confirmation email shortly. If you do not receive this email, please contact us. (ONE’S)

The order you place becomes valid when accepted by us. We reserve the right not to ship orders if we cannot reach you for confirmation.
Although most products are in stock, if an item you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible (by phone or email). You may then cancel the order or agree to extend the delivery time.
The Seller may cancel any Order after prior notification to the Customer, without any further obligation on either party’s part. (ONE’S)
